Rachel Maddow - Wed June 11, 2008 - Floyd Brown / David Bender - Is Obama A Muslim? Smear?

Rachel and David Bender played and discussed the Floyd Brown web ad asking if Obama is a Muslim.  David Bender said that the ad 'demonized' the Muslim religion.  I don't think it demonized the relgion, do you?  The point is, Obama denies that he has a childhood connection to Islam.  Do you really want a president that is trying to cover things up?  It would be completely different if Obama came out and said, "Yes, in my early childhood, approximately ages 6 to 9, I was a regular attender of Friday Islam prayer service with my stepfather."  In my research, I have found a childhood Indonesian friend of Obama's that will TESTIFY and AFFIRM just that.

Rachel Maddow - Fri June 6, 2008 - Nazi Appeasers (2)

Rachel had a pretty good show on Friday.  When I say she had a pretty good show, I'm not saying I agree or approve of anything she says.  I'm simply saying she is being professional, and as "fair and balanced" as a liberal can be.  She almost had a perfect show, except she repeated news about the President of Iraq's meeting with the President of Iran.  She said, "Why is he meeting with the President of Iran?"  Then she hit her fancy little noise button that said, "Because he's a Nazi Appeaser."  So again, I will assert that the President of Iraq meeting with the President of Iran has no where near the prestige of any high member of United States leadership meeting with him.

Rachel Maddow - Thu June 5, 2008 - Saddam Hussein Links To Terrorism

Rachel played a sound clip of one of President Bush's speech, a sound clip which Rachel called, "the smoking gun mushroom cloud speech".  In the speech clip, Bush mentioned many things about why we were about to go to war with Iraq.  Rachel's intent was to show every point Bush made in the speech untrue.  Some of the things she mentioned were potentially debateable, however, she glossed quickly over the issue of terrorism and Saddam Hussein's links to terrorism.  She didn't say much, including little to no factual data that could be verified.  The truth is that Saddam Hussein did give money to the families of Hammas suicide bombers after the terrorists completed their terror mission.

She then went on to ask a provacative question about whether Presidents should be prosecuted for lying.  Bill Clinton is an excellent example of such lying.  He, in fact, was impeached for lying while in office, and further, lost his liscense to practice law.  Now may I ask a provacative question?  Can talk show hosts be likewise prosecuted for lying or spreading deception on the airwaves?

Frangela - June 7, 2008 - KTALK AM 1150 - $14/Gal Gasoline Prices

On Frangela, the two hosts were talking about how the Presidential race between Sen. Obama and Sen. McCain should not be about race, but about issues.  They then talked about a very relevant issue, gas prices.  A previous caller had called in and said her opinion that she dislikes McCain because she doesn't want fourteen ($14) per gallon gasoline prices.  So Frangela's hosts mentioned just like the previous caller who said she doesn't want fourteen dollars per gallon gas prices, you should vote for Obama to prevent that.  They didn't mention any relevant or non relevant facts or concepts as to how and why Obama can prevent an increase in gasoline prices and McCain cannot.

Rachel Maddow - Wed June 04, 2008 - Nazi Appeasers

Today on Rachel Maddow's radio show on Air America, she represented as equivalent, the idea of Secretary of State Rice talking with foreign leaders to Presidential Candidate Obama pledging to meet unconditionally with state sponsors of terror, such as the President of Iran and dictators such as the leader of North Korea.  When Secretary of State Rice talks with a foreign leader, it does not bring quite the same prestige as an unconditional meeting with the President of the United States.  And that is that job of the Secretary of State... talk with foreign leaders and representatives.  She also represented that since the President of Iraq was meeting face to face with the President of Iran, that makes him a "Nazi Appeaser" as President George W. Bush represented in a recent speech.  However, the President of Iraq meeting with Iran is no where near the level of prestige of a meeting with any representative of the United States.

Hillary Clinton and Invisible People

Hillary Clinton has started a new campaign ad in which she features several population segments and claims they are invisible to our current President.  Hillary's own husband, William Jefferson Clinton has had at least one affair and has been accused of sexual impropriety by several other women.  Is this population segment invisible to Hillary?

Global Warming Hitlist

It's time to create a list of inconvenient lies, related to "Global Warming":

  1. Al Gore tells us to walk and ride our bikes, yet he continues to ride in private jets.  His home in Tennessee (one of three or four homes) uses twenty times the electricity of an average American home, per month.
  2. PETA sent Al Gore a letter urging him to stop eating meat, claiming that human interest in eating meat is a leading cause of Global Warming.  Does this mean that PETA thinks Global Warming isn't caused by humans?
  3. Carbon credits?  Al Gore created his own company to spend his carbon credits to.  This company invests in stocks, which Al Gore benefits from the growth and dividends of such stocks.  Al Gore and I finally have something in common, as I do this too, but I call it my investment portfolio, not carbon credit offsets.
  4. Weather scientists are now telling us that changes in temperature create changes in the CO2 level, not the other way around as Gore stated in his Academy Award winning film, "An Inconvenient Truth".  These scientists also say that CO2 has little effect as a "greenhouse gas".  One scientist, formerly with NASA was interviewed by Rush Limbaugh on his popular radio show.  On March 8th, the BBC ran a documentary with other weather scientists who have said the same things.
  5. CO2 is at an all time high and we just had one of the coldest February's in the past 130 years?  Wisconsin, known as the "Dairy State" has some of the coldest winters in all of America, and I'm quite sure that the dairy cows there are flatuating.  Where is the heat going?
  6. We need to change the lightbulbs in our home, yet I still have heard no talk about the electrical fire ("Class C") extinguisher, which uses CO2.
...this list may continue...

Barak Obama and Abortion

In a speech on March 4, 2007 in Selma AL, Sen Barak Obama (IL-D also a presidential candidate) said, "Don’t think that fatherhood ends at conception."

I applaud Barak Obama and anyone who will stand up and speak truth to the root cause of issue.  I truly believe that both fathers and mothers are needed to raise children.  I believe that a strong family unit will do significantly more to stop poverty than the government could ever dream.

I also believe that something significant happens at conception.  That conception is the start of a human life, which if stopped by abortion would be murder.  If fatherhood shouldn't end there, as Obama says, that means he believes something significant has happened there also, right?
